Richard R. Fallstich

Richard R. Fallstich, 66, of Fountain Hill, passed away on Saturday, September 16, 2023 at St. Luke’s Hospital, Fountain Hill. He was the loving husband of Michele (Covington) Fallstich, with whom he shared over 45 years of marriage. Born in Fountain Hill, he was the son of the late Richard H. and Jean (Ruth) Fallstich. Richard was a graduate of Liberty High School, class of 1975. He went on to earn his Associate degree from Lincoln Tech. Richard worked as a electronics engineer for Western Electric for many years. He served as past chief and treasurer for the Fountain Hill Rescue Squad and he was a dispatcher for the Fountain Hill borough Police department. Richard was a transplant survivor and very active volunteer and advocate for Gift of Life. He enjoyed riding his bicycle and spending time with his family. 

Survivors: In addition to his loving wife Michele, he will be remembered by his son Robert Fallstich and his wife Jacquelin of Jim Thorpe. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Pamela J. Fallstich. 

Services: A Viewing  will be held on Thursday, September 21, 2023 from 6 P.M. to 8 P.M. at the Cantelmi Funeral Home, 1311 Broadway Fountain Hill, PA 18015. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. A memory tribute may be placed at www.cantelmifuneralhome.com.
