Patricia A. Collins

Patricia “Pat” A. Collins, 87, of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, March 15, 2023. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Donald E. Collins. Born on January 28, 1936, in Newark, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Henry J.  and Irene C. (Oakley) Jackson.

Pat worked in the accounting department of Irvington Board of Education, Irvington, NJ, and Merck Pharmaceutical, Union, NJ, for many years until she retired. She was an avid reader, movie enthusiast, loved tending to the wildlife at her bird feeders, and traveling especially throughout the New England. Pat enjoyed spending time with her beloved cats, Caleb, and Lucy. She would never miss a hair appointment come rain or shine, and above all, Pat was a loyal and trusted friend to many.

SURVIVORS: Pat will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Melissa Silvestri and husband Ralph; grandchildren, Kathy Silvestri and fiancé Brandon Brownell, and Joseph Donald (JD) Silvestri; brother, Michael “Mickey” Jackson and wife Sandee; dear friends, Joanne Czap, and Betty Jane Czap. She was predeceased by son, Donald E. Collins Jr; sisters, Rita Jackson, and Natalie Jackson.
