Linda D. (Evans) Shannon

Linda Darlene (Evans) Shannon, 75, of Albrightsville, formerly of Fountain Hill, passed away on Thursday, June 16, 2022. She was the beloved wife of Kenneth “Jack” L. Shannon Jr. with whom she shared over 55 years of loving marriage. Born on August 2, 1946 in Covington, VA she was a daughter of the late William Franklin and Estelle (Taylor) Evans. Linda worked as a manager for several different retail stores. Linda had a joy for crafting and gardening.

Survivors: Linda will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Kenneth “Jack” Jr; daughter, Joanna Ortiz; daughter-in-law, Jennifer (Dill) Shannon; grandchildren, Orey Ortiz, Caden Shannon, Gabrielle Ortiz, Noah Ortiz and Aubrianna Ortiz. She was predeceased by son, Kenneth “Jack” L. Shannon III and grandson, Brenden Stone Shannon.  

Services: A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 20, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. at Cantelmi Funeral Home, 1311 Broadway, Fountain Hill where the family will receive friends and relatives from 5:00 p.m. until the time of service. A memory tribute may be placed at www.cantelmifuneralhome.com.
